Founded in 2008 by sales expert, coach and published author, Shea Heer, 'wise me up'​ specialises in providing bespoke training solutions that improve sales performances. These solutions are not limited to specific subjects; instead, we align the content to meet your business targets, while carefully considering the audience and their role.

We have a proven track record of success with organisations ranging in size and industry both in the UK and internationally. We have created solutions from Inductions for new starters through to management programs delivered in various ways, including one to one coaching and group training.

1. Understand - our ability to identify the skills, behaviours or beliefs that need to be improved.
2. Design - ensuring fit for purpose, non-patronising, challenging and totally role relevant solutions.
3. Deliver - creating great rapport and a mutually respectful learning environment, focusing on the WIFM (What's in it for me) for the delegates.
4. Sustain - maintaining support and feedback to ensure new habits are formed and limiting beliefs lost.
